I had a old post that I removed. I have had several procedures for several years. But a few months ago I went to the office and spoke with the doctor about a CT and xray I had saying I have blockage. The doctor said I needed a endoscopy that's it. He found nothing I spoke with him again about the blockage and about a colonoscopy. He said it's only been 2 years, I don't need one. Office staff is always very friendly and the doctor is very easy to talk to. Was in and out of my appointment in under an hour
Office was full. When I finally got seen Dr. PONCE it was like a 5 minuets of feeling like I wasn't being listened to. Horrible patient etiquette. Asked what i was in for spoke over me. I doubt I'll go back and it's sad I finally got scheduled for a gastroenterologist and this is my experience. The office ladies are amazing and kind.
