Carlos was an amazing realtor!!! He made everything smooth as possible with me buying my 1st home , was always available to answer any of my questions at anytime of day , never denied me any house I wanted to see . Stay away from these people!!!! Entire company is related. They use unethical practices to bully older sellers into changing already signed contracts and trying to void them at the last minute by saying there is a problem with the financing due to an issue with the house. The financing company is owned and operated by the Real Estate Brokers WIFE!!! Real Estate Agent Fran Rauch does not return phone calls, texts, emails to seller agent in an attempt to push the seller to give up more items. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.
