On October 17, 2025 i had a heart monitor put on requested by Dr. Grullon. 1 day later it stop working,flashing on and off so i called the Lake Mary office to let them know what was happening. I was told that someone would get back to me. The next day (Friday) i called again the same thing happened no one called to find out what was the problem.
