Great waitress, food was wonderful, nice quite place.
Not sure what happened to this chain? Used to really enjoy Carlos. Hadn't been in years and dropped in recently. Ordered steak & shrimp fajitas for like $22. Steak was fine but their were maybe 5 small slivers of grilled steak. The shrimp were tiny and non-restaurant quality. For $22 I only used 2 tortillas out of the 4 provided because the meat had all been eaten. The "value" was a 1/10 and the food, being generous, was maybe a 5/10.
