Our server was Lizzie. She did a wonderful job taking care of our table. Management should reward her wonderful customer service skills. Management should also train the host who seated us some basic customer service skills. Our server made up for the lack of quality we first encountered.
It was a great experience. The food was really good and our waitress Emily was awesome.
Had a great experience at Carlos O’Kelly’s in Hutchinson! Lizzy was our server and she absolutely made the visit. She was super knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and was genuinely one of the best waitresses we’ve had in a long time. Everything came out quickly and exactly right, and she kept checking in at just the right times without being overbearing. Honestly, we’d come back just because of the service she provided. Highly recommend asking for Lizzy if you stop in!
Brie is the best server! I go every Wednesday for half price Long Islands and she’s always the best!!
