Excellent foodĀ
I ordered the birria beef chimichanga. The beef was plain cooked beef roast, no special seasonings. Tasted like plain roast beef, not at all what I expected based on Mexican flavors and birria recipes I've read. Very disappointing. Also vegetables are quite scarce on the menu. I like veggies but found predominantly chicken, some meat, and starchy foods. I don't care for the current menu and miss the spinach enchiladas.Ā
Always has the best food compared to the other Carlos restraunts. I highly recommend the Pasta Diablo with an extra side of sauce.Ā
