I'm really mixed on this review. I made a reservation, and While, the food was decent. I fell that carlos o Kelleys could have done better with their customer service. We, waited for over 20 minutes on our food, when we were about to receive our food. The waitress, dropped our food, of course it took longer to receive our food after that. Stopped in Tuesday around 3:00. There were maybe four other people in the restaurant. It was surprisingly dark which was very odd. Chips and salsa were disgusting. I ordered two cheese and onion enchiladas with refried beans and rice. The sauce in the rice tasted like watered down ketchup that had been microwaved, the beans were burnt so I didn’t even bother trying them. I have no words for the enchiladas. Nasty, just nasty.
