Although Dr. Rivera is good with making children feel comfortable, his communication with me as a parent is lacking. Instead of diagnosing my daughter and explaining her treatment to me, he left for a meeting before finishing with us. I do not even know if my 6 year old should be taking an antibiotic or has the flu. He did not return my call either. He prescribed too much medicine for my daughter for her first visit as well. He had 2 chances with my kids and will not have any more.
