I took my two daughters to see Dr. Carlos for their school physicals. It was our first time to her office, and it was a very positive experience. Everyone was very nice and Covid-19 protocols in place (temperature checks, masks, sanitizers and distancing). Dr. Carlos was personable, professional and spent lots of time with us. Great office and I would recommend her.
If you have a son that is intact she is not the doctor for you!! My son is intact and she forcefully pulled his skin back. I told her the first time I will not allow it, and she did it again the second visit. She walked in the room and didn't acknowledge me and started retracting my son, he was saying "OUCH" and I tried pulling her hand away and she SMACKED MY HAND AWAY and kept pulling. We've been with Dr. Carlos for 22 years-by far the most excellent pediatrician! Takes her time, listens and cares about families. She is a treasure.
Been going to her for about a year now for my daughter. And she's awesome. My daughter loves her and is great with her!
She is an expert! We love her. She also speaks our language and it really helps.
I am disappointed on how she acts towards her patient's parents. She's very rude, unprofessional and not seem welcoming. I never see her playing or being interactive with my child and she seems like always in a rush with an appointment. I gave her several chances and still try to come back to her but eventually just gave up since the last appointment we had with her she was really rude. I would never trust my child's life to her hands. Her staff are very nice and very accomodating.
She is a down to earth doctor who listens to all your children's problems and explains everything clearly. Best pediatric doctor I know
She's been with my daughter since 4 she's now 9 and my son since birth he will be 4 January 10th epilepsy and heart condition. She's been amazing the whole time wonderful doctor. Sincerely Mrs. Lackland
