He diagnosed me with stage 2 cancer and that it was dangerous that I could lose my life. He gave me a full hysterectomy. I went to Houston because I went to the emergency room due to and went to see another oncologist. It turns out it was a stage 1. I still have pain until this. Do not go to this doctor. Go to Houston. Worst doctor ever, he ruined my life.
Terrible service from the front staff. Be aware you might waste your time here. They Don’t inform you, that you need an authorization form for your insurance plan ahead of time. Not even when they call you to confirm your appointment. I am super pist off right now. I had to take the day off work for a 6 month follow up appointment . Drive an hour to make my appointment for nothing and the receptionist still has the audacity to tell me “you didn’t mention you had insurance.” Receptionist needs to do their job. Dr. Carlos Herrera is the BEST DR you could see ... N treat you....it was a scary process but his positiveness and .."I got you .you are going to be ok".... It's just 🥹....amazing ...thank you .
Very kind and caring Dr. He performed surgery and everything went very well and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process.
