A receptionist and an unqualified office manager who are not degreed with a medical background, make the front decisions and the doctors just blindly go along. I physicians assistant owns the office and there is an MD on staff. They don’t communicate with their patients, and that discrimination against English I felt. Would highly recommend.
Having marketed to physicians for my entire career, I recognize a good one when I find ONE. DR. Fernandez has excellent "bedside manne," is well informed on new information on technologies and treatments and is candid, straught forward and thorough in his diagnosis and prognosis of one's malady. I felt very with the knowledge that I was "in good hands^ during each of my visits.
