I’ve been going to Carlos for my haircuts and styling, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. He always does an amazing job…whether it’s a fresh cut, adding beautiful layers, or giving me that perfect, bouncy blowout. Yesterday was the first time I went to Carlos. I looked at his reviews and photos and was impressed. I saw some negative reviews about his attitude but none of a bad haircut or color and that’s what sold me. As soon as I walked in Carlos was chatting with a client and made me feel welcomed. Running late and couldn’t find the address. He called me angry with attitude and won’t stop texting me now that he’s a good person because I told him I wasn’t showing up. Edit: I texted you before the appointment you just didn’t see it until after. Your responses to unhappy people are absolutely deranged. You need an outlet babe. Your business is not it. The amount of times you’ve texted me passive aggressively after the fact are alarming. You’re an owner, act like it.
