Yesterday was the first time I went to Carlos. I looked at his reviews and photos and was impressed. I saw some negative reviews about his attitude but none of a bad haircut or color and that’s what sold me. As soon as I walked in Carlos was chatting with a client and made me feel welcomed. Running late and couldn’t find the address. He called me angry with attitude and won’t stop texting me now that he’s a good person because I told him I wasn’t showing up. Edit: I texted you before the appointment you just didn’t see it until after. Your responses to unhappy people are absolutely deranged. You need an outlet babe. Your business is not it. The amount of times you’ve texted me passive aggressively after the fact are alarming. You’re an owner, act like it.

Ufff me pasaron su número y marque y no sonó ni una sola ves así que me fui a checar la página en Google y volví a marcar pensando que tal ves me habían pasado el número mal,pero me contestó súper enojado a gritos y muy grosero no me llames una y otra veees cuandoooo tengas tiempo regreso la llamaaadas! Absolutely loved how my hair turned out! He has such a gentle touch hair was NOT pulled or tugged at all. Very outgoing and social! I’ll add the before and after picture. He transformed me into a whole other person! 10/10
