Dr. Smith is an excellent podiatrist for diagnosis and treatment. I found him to also be kind and sensitive.
I made an appointment with Dr. Smith after talking to a friend that is a patient. Before my appointment, I took time to read the reviews. Thank goodness that I did not let them scare me away and cancel. His office on Western is ultra modern and the staff is pleasant and professional. My 1st follow-up experience was not good. After surgery, I went to have my bandages replaced a week later at the Beverly Office and I was Displeased. Dr.Smith was kind of rough removing the bandage. He maneuvered my baby toe, but didn't ask me if that hurts or anything eventhough I kinda jumped when he did it. There was no prep table set out for the visit to perform the examination, He put gloves on and reached to the drawer for supplies, soaked the gauze with iodine and wrapped my pinky toe.
