I contacted Carlos to help me find a rental investment property to purchase in Los Angeles. Although it is a really competitive market for buyers he was able to get our offer accepted the first try and negotiated the price $10,000 below the sellers asking price. Throughout the process he was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We will be using him to sell our property in Santa Ana as well! Definitely referring all my friends and family to him.
