I had emergency gallbladder surgery over Easter weekend 2017. When my bile duct ruptured I was fortunate Dr. Marroquin was on hand to do open surgery. He saved my life. I spent two weeks at UVM recovering and he checked on me everyday and called to see how I was doing once I was back home. Follow ups were excellent too. I can't imagine a more professional, reassuring, good-humored and caring surgeon. My own doctor remarked how well the stitching was done and has healed. Thanks, Dr. Marroquin.
