Okay so this is mental health we're dealing with here. I called to make an appointment to see Dr. Prieto (the only psychiatrist covered by my insurance in this county) (had a referall from my family doctor) and the lady on the phone kept saying she couldn't hear me because of all the noise in the office. I kept repeating my info but she still couldn't hear me. So she decided to hang up on me. I called 3 more times after that but my call was sent to voicemail. Horrible horrible office and the Dr , so called dr is horrible as well Olga as well How he got a license is beyond my scope Stay away !!!
My sister is schizophrenic and has been off her medication, today she had an appointment and guess what dr Garcia isn’t there. So, she has to wait till tomorrow to get her medication after she’s been in jail for assault because she’s been off her meds. Keep in mind I’ve let the office know all this and here’s the result….nothing. R they even going to call in her prescription? Very frustrating for a mental health situation being ignored.
