I give a one star because there’s nothing lower. If you are looking for a mental health doctor….find one who responds to phone calls and messages. Mental health is real. There are people who need a proactive and interactive support….it doesn’t seem to be the case here….3 phone messages not to mention a doctors referral and NO call back….ill take my business elsewhere.

My mom went to her appointment to be told that she will no longer be seen by Dr. Garcia Prieto. This happened because my mom got a new primary doctor and they asked what medications she was taking. Apparently the new doctor sent in a prescription for one of the medications Dr. Garcia Prieto sends and they dismissed her for that. My mom has her prescriptions sent through the mail, she thought it was Dr. Garcia Prieto that had sent the refill. The staff accused of doing this on purpose. I have been going to Dr Carlos Garcia Prieto office for the past 5 years. I agree with other reviews past office staff was great. Never had the worst nightmare I’ve had recently with my pharmacy was using and was told by the receptionist I had to use another pharmacy. The pharmacy they recommended me to did not accept my prescription and then it was rejected.
