Okay so this is mental health we're dealing with here. I called to make an appointment to see Dr. Prieto (the only psychiatrist covered by my insurance in this county) (had a referall from my family doctor) and the lady on the phone kept saying she couldn't hear me because of all the noise in the office. I kept repeating my info but she still couldn't hear me. So she decided to hang up on me. I called 3 more times after that but my call was sent to voicemail.
