We got top dollar for our home in the Russian River! Carlos has an extensive knowledge of both the Sonoma county and San Francisco markets, and he used that experience to create a strategy for the sale of our home in Guerneville resulting in a quick off market sale at a great price! His expertise and professionalism made us feel confident every step of the way. He even assisted in managing the vendors we hired to paint the property for sale. I recommend him for the city or the country.
Carlos helped us look at multiple properties and beyond his professionalism, dedication to the process and overall market knowledge, he was a joy to work with. We had a specific type of property in mind that took a significant amount of time to locate and Carlos helped us at every turn. Beyond finding the property for us, his counsel during negotiations with the seller and the signing process was always thorough, measured and efficient. Carlos was fantastic. He took the time to hear what we were interested in. Didn't show us properties that were not a good fit. Once we found the perfect property he worked with us to make the right offer and stuck with us through the negotiation with the sellers. Didn't push us to spend more than we needed to.
