Dr. Cruz is a true gem! He explained the procedure in ways that was understandable! During the follow-up he took his time and we did not feel rushed, as a matter of fact, he made my elderly Mom feel like she was his most important patient...ever! If surgery is ever needed again, Dr. Cruz is our 1st choice!

Dr. Cruz is a very caring compassionate doctor, he cares about his patients, is honest and doesn't sugar coat what he tells you. He explains things in terms that you can understand. Dr. Cruz has been my vascular surgeon for a long long time and I can't imagine going to anyone else. I have seen other vascular surgeons but none measure up to Dr. Cruz. Love my doctor.
Dr. Cruz is the best doctor in the world, he takes the time to explain the procedure, he's down to earth, and treats you like a person. i am very grateful for him and his knowledge.
I was at as point in life where I could barely walk. Dr. Cruz implanted stents in both legs and my abdominal aorta and I can now walk without fatigue in my legs. I recently visited the Ft. Worth Botanic Garden and walked continuously for 3 hours.
Dr Cruz always takes the time to get to know all of the patients conditions before embarking on surgery. His surgical skills are excellent.
He explains things very well and always does a good job in the best interest of the patient.
