I have recently become acquainted with Dr. Chaban and as a dental practitioner I am overwhelmed with his knowledge and kindness! Dr. M. E. Oerbach
Dr. Chaban is wonderful with our challenging daughter's healthcare. Couldn't be happier!
He's a really caring doctor and great with the kids. He also does a good job of explaining things to parents like myself.
The doctors are great once you get to actually see them. The staff not so much other than a couple. The office is consistently 45 minutes to an hour and a half behind your scheduled appointment time. Waiting with a sick child that long just to be led back to a room to wait another 30 minutes is unacceptable. A well visit is one thing but a sick visit should be given the courtesy of being on time especially when you plan ahead and schedule an appointment not just a walk in.
I consider doctor Chaban one of the best doctor in town,and I am honored to call him my kids doctor,but what good could that be if I can not see him.I have been told that he does not take kids without appointment.I make an appointment,and the staff get me someone else! :(
Dr. Chaban has been my kids primary doctor for the past 15yrs. He is efficient in everything he does with my kids. He takes his time evaluating my kids and makes NO assumptions when diagnosing. He either tells you what he knows for sure or sends you out for further studies without hesitation or putting you thru a waiting game. He needs to know now. I love that. He doesnt waste your time and he gets things done which eliminates multiple return office visits for the same thing. No disappointments.
Dr. Chaban has been taking care of my 3 kids for the last 10 years and treats our kids like his own. He has made many changes at his office in the past few years and has a wonderful staff.
