He was very rushed during the appt. Didn't listen to symptoms. Was very rough injecting my hand. He hurriedly left the room and his assistant gave me instructions to pick up medication at the pharmacy. The prescription was never called in after 3 calls to the office. My symptoms have returned in 2 weeks. I'm going to a real doctor for treatment this week
I have been seeing Carlos for 3 years. He is great at educating me, gives injections without pain and genuinely cares.
Excellent care, Carlos is very attentive and knowledgeable. Friendly and personable. Extremely pleased with the attention I was given.
