Very unpleasant experience I made reservation on Wednesday for tonight which is Saturday. Walk into restaurant and was told that they don't have my reservation so I was put on a waiting list. We waited almost an hr and when I asked how long we still have to wait I was told that they can't provide me that information. No one took time to do anything about it so we just decided to leave and never come back. It was my first and last time at that restaurant.
RecommendedWe love Carlos & Carlos! The atmosphere and the food are clearly incredible but what we love best is the family aspect. Everyone is cared about here! Hands down best food and service in Arlington Heights!!

Carlos and Carlos has amazing food. The ambiance is great and the location can’t be beat. We always have great service, even when we bring the young kids. They’re very accommodating and attentive. They’ll even make something special for the little ones. It’s clean and inviting. Even after our 1.5 year old threw a plate on the floor, they still made him an ice-cream dessert!
First time at Carlos & Carlos and let me tell you, I will be back !! The food and the hospitality was outstanding!! Can’t wait to come back ! Thank you ! — with Lisa Johnsen.
