Never take your vehicle to the shop!!!!! One of my employees just had his vehicle fixed by this shop. They literally stole every single item he owned from his vehicle. His clothes his shoes his car charger his social security card they gave him back his car with nothing in it. Charged him $2,500. When he told them where's my stuff they said oh our cameras only go back 15 days I'm not sure and acted like it wasn't a big deal. He has since made a police report. Don’t make the mistake of going here twice, let alone once.
I took my 2009 Subaru Forester due to 3 significant oil leaks. It turn out that my engine needed resurfacing of head gasket and other parts. Also replaced the radiator. Carlos definitely went above and beyond and will definitely bring all my cars to him. Now my Forester is running like new again. Thanks Carlos Great Job!!
I've known Carlos for over 15 years, even when he was a customer of mine back in the days of Kragen's Auto Parts. He's by far one of the best mechanics in North County. He's very knowledgeable and always busy because of his reputation. He's fair with his pricing.
