First I will say each individual I’ve ever encountered at Baptist Miami Beach has been wonderful. Yesterday I had an appointment for labs. Since it is always difficult for the tech to attain my blood because of my veins, they called for Lazaro who has helped me several times before. He is extremely skilled, finds the vein on the first try, explains the process and is warm and empathetic to boot. Thank you Lazaro!
