Dr is great but the front office never responds and provide poor service.
Good Doctors but office staff never answered my phone calls or return my messages.
Been my doctor for years! He’s always managed my diabetes very well and attended to my special dietary needs after gastric sleeve surgery! He worked on my insulin dosage every step of the way with me to find the perfect dose!
Dr. Pacheco is the most gentle and charismatic doctor I love that he listen and addresses all issue's. GREAT DOCTOR!!
“The person at ext. 210 is unavailable” “The person at ext. 206 is unavailable” I have been unable to get through to someone to schedule an appointment since August 9th. I tried calling their Rockwall location as well just to see if I could talk to someone and I had the same issue. I also attempted other options on the phone menu and they were all unavailable.
