The customer service at the office is very unprofessional. Staff members are rude and even argue with parents over the phone instead of helping resolve concerns. The bus driver has also been arriving earlier than the scheduled pickup time and not following the assigned route schedule. This has caused multiple inconveniences for families who rely on the posted times.

RECKLESS DRIVER! Lady driver was recklessly cutting off a funeral escort TWICE. Mind you, the cutting off was so dangerous as multiple of us had to keep swerving - out of no where she would just make a sharp lane change because the cop who is escorting a funeral was in her way… the cop told her to stop which eventually did. CRAZY! For safety of all, revoke your license.
Reckless driver , speeding and no blinkers, BUS # 338
Driver of bus 305 is reckless. Not sure if there's kids on board but the bus was passing cars in the center turning lane while speeding along 97th avenue. This just happened now. It was a lady driving it.
