Worst experience I've ever had with a physician. No compassion, lacked empathy. Also did not follow through on my visit. Very rude. I have a medical background and have dealt with many physicians personally & professionally, and he is by far the worst.
This doctor's office is awesome! The doctor spends time with you and does not rush you out the door like most doctors. His office staff could not be any better. They go the extra mile to make sure that you're taken care of. The only bad thing about this office is there billing department, she's very rude on the phone, and if I have a problem with my insurance she does nothing to help me resolve the issue. Thank God I only have to deal with her once in awhile. Keep up the good work

Dr Francis Kilkelly has been helping me with my shoulders. Both my rotator cuffs are torn and I have discussed surgery with him. Dr Kilkelly is one of the kindest and most caring Dr's I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He also took care of my Mother when she had problems with her shoulders. Anytime she needed to have her shoulders injected, he would even do it for her when she was a patient in the hospital. Dr. Killkelly and his staff go above and beyond!!!! I can't thank them enough.
Horrible hospital all the way around!!!! Never ever will I go there! How do you send someone home who's blood pressure is low and they keep passing out, just because you can't figure it out? Are you kidding me!!! What a joke of a hospital
