Doctor said when I need a refill to call them. Impossible to talk to anyone and computer keeps referring me to the St. Vincent's Pharmacy. I have to order my medication from Caremark. HELP. I have had a good experience with Dr. Oza but trying to contact a live person is impossible with their automated phone service. Something needs to change.
