I came in for a full detail of my interior, safe to say it wasn’t fully detailed. The steering wheel wasn’t wiped still had a stain, they didn’t clean the cup holders, and the back seat they didn’t clean the pockets of the door. They didn’t even bother to clean the trunk area. The driver and passenger mats were vacuumed but still visibly dirty. Desafortunada apenas fui y me ofrecieron uno de 70 dólares porque era mas VIP y te abarcaba mas cosas y sinceramente dejaron mi carro muy sucio de los cristales de adentro afuera y adentro pareciera que solo le pasaron el trapo que mala experiencia sinceramente fue la primera y la última vez que voy
I’ve been coming here for years and unfortunately this was my first overall bad experience.. I came in to get my car washed and when I got my car back it was still dirty in some spots, the inside door panel of the driver side was all scratched up (I look at it everyday and I know it was not this messed up) and the lever for my seat was broken, my cars new.. I’ve never had a bad experience here till now.
