Short handed and worst customer service!!! Took vehicle for a complete detail and waited at counter with 3 other customers for nearly 20 mins. Decided to ask female employee if anyone would be at counter soon and got reply "to go look for him" after walking around and doing just that realized there were now more people waiting and I had been there now nearly 40 mins waiting!!!! Save your money I paid $29 plus 5tip for a wash and vacuum, with that price I would at least appreciate good vacuuming or at least some ODOR SPRAY but that's NOT INCLUDED!! For $29 ... never coming back.
The guys here amazing, great customer service. Its crazy how they're able to handle the heat all day with no shade available. Big boss please set up some shade for your workers. Thanks!
They raised their prices too high. The basic wash is almost $30. The one good thing is that there is no paint damaging brushes in the drive thru. UPDATE: As of May 11, 2026 Carloops is operating with a skeleton crew of about 4 people including the cashier. Even with almost no customers it takes 1 hour or more for a basic wash.
On this Saturday I stopped to get a basic wash with Carl oops for the first time thinking it was a great place being that I always see it busy. Well I was definitely disappointed on the service, they took well over a hour and didn’t have coverage as their staff went to lunch along with my car was still dirty in different points of the car . Along with that when it was finished they had lost my key for my vehicle in which took another 10 minutes to find very unsatisfying very disappointed in many ways never again I will retur... read more
