After purchasing a new furnace from Carlon in December 2017 for $3800, selling that house, and buying a townhome in nampa aug 2018 which now has an a/c problem I ofcourse called Carlon to diagnose the problem. Jared then proceeded to upsell a total replacement for $8800...because of a "major leak" in the refrigerant line and upselling a heat pump too! Led me to call for a 2nd opinion because there's no way he can say there's a leak and not tell me where and how he can tell me $8800 will fix the problem. My bf is in the ind... read more
