After purchasing a new furnace from Carlon in December 2017 for $3800, selling that house, and buying a townhome in nampa aug 2018 which now has an a/c problem I ofcourse called Carlon to diagnose the problem. Jared then proceeded to upsell a total replacement for $8800...because of a "major leak" in the refrigerant line and upselling a heat pump too!
