4 MONTH EDIT: Would not return here unfortunately. Bought a KIA Forte 2022. Multiple issues with multiple trips already to garages. The 200km overpriced warranty I purchased is impossible to get covered and used in a timely manner. Lack of communication at the front desk/garage; they essentially wasted a chunk of one of my days because of this.
I genuinely thought at first that the process was smooth, but I did feel rushed and like all of my questions were not answered (on purpose). I also was definitely lied to and taken advantage of. They refused to answer my calls for days at a time when I was supposed to be receiving the car that day. It didn't pass safety, so they had to replace a sensor. When asked what sensor, they "didn't know" and never told me. They showed me the spare keys when I went to sign paperwork, but didn't ever give them to me even after calling.... read more
