Service department took care of me in a timely manner!
Least helpful service department of any dealership I’ve been to. You’re better off going to O’Reilly than trying to get these guys to run a code on an under-warranty Ram.
Paris was a great person to deal with, very on point!!! She was very nice.
Carlock was great to work with. Jonah took care of every detail and ensured that our experience was very positive!
The service department will put you on hold until closing time. It don’t matter what time you call if you call after 3 o’clock you’re going to be put on hold until after closing.
