Probably the worst experience ever with an insurance company. The people we dealt with were friendly in person but once having to call them are not confident in the information they provide you. I was told several times that I don't know the answer but I'll check into and call you, was never called back , I had to call them back along with the fact the answers I was provided was " well I guess". If we're giving you money every month for a service you provide and we need I don't need "I guess " answers. I need someone confide... read more
