Very thorough with his questions and explanations. Never felt rushed, as in the case of other docs we see elsewhere. Dr. Buena seems genuinely kind and caring. I just wish the wait times when calling to book, as well as getting an appointment, wouldn't be so long, and months away.
Great personality and very nice; however, I went in about my knee. He never checked my vitals, he never touched my knee, or even looked at it but I bet my insurance was billed. He came in, sat across from me in the room and said it's arthritis. How do you rule that without confirming with other imaging or looking at it. I never had an injury, I am young, and I said I heard a pop walking up my stairs one day out of no where. I work out often and no issues with my knee in the past.
