Excellent optometrist I've been going here since I've needed glasses and they have a nice small office and a very nice staff of people that know their stuff. My eyes are very sensitive and I often have difficulty when things are around my eyes, yet even so, they are able to complete the exam without any problems.
The Return of Old-Fashion Service Dr. Chang and her staff remind me of the old-time family doctors that got to know you and make you feel that you are their only patient. They take time to listen to you and spend the amount of time needed for an excellent fit. I have very difficult eyes to fit -- lasik that didn't hold -- so to fit them with contacts takes lots of patience, time and experimenting. I am extremely happy with their competence and service, and would recommend them to anyone.
Loust attitude when it comes to getting a refund I have been a customer for several years. recently I dropped off a pair of glasses for repair and asked them to mail them to me at my new address in Southern Calif. They said sure, and it would cost me $10.00. I paid it, up front they mailed me the glasses and it only cost them a little over $2.00. I requested a refund for the difference in what i paid and what it actually cost them. The ignored me, i sent a second request for a refund then they called me and tried to say ther... read more
