Easy stop off I 70. Food was delicious. We had their carnita special with rice and beans and also enchiladas. The sauces they served, hot and mild, had a wonderful flavor. We also had their salsa, and it was good, too. Google maps had us a little confused on how to get there. We had to drive an extra block down. It's across from the chevy car lot. Taking time to find it was worth it.
