No doubt-Jim is the best in the business. We have been lucky enough to get his help with a few buys/sells over the years, and each time we were treated like we were his sole focus. Jim was great to work with!! In fact, I have already recommended him to several people. He was always quick to respond to us whether it was text, phone or e-mail. He made himself available whenever we asked him and he always kept our best interests in mind. His patience with us was incredible as we worked with Jim for nearly a year, trying to find the perfect house. He never gave up on us or changed the way that he treated us. We moved to Arizona from out of state with a tight timeline. James dropped his plans for an entire 3 day weekend to introduce us to all the suburbs around Phoenix. We are so grateful to James and his team for helping us before, during, and after our move. They truly went above and beyond for us.
