I live at their property Beacon Landing, Ocean Isle Beach, NC. This property sat for a while, slow to lease. The two staff here were sooo nice WHEN WE WERE VIEWING UNITS. Downhill it went. Carlisle Residential did a very poor job of getting this complex tenant-ready. All of the first round of tenants were allowed to move in with NO HOT WATER. One right after the next, with staff knowing we had no hot water. Others had no air. Maint. man literally dropped off a portable AC unit - only after the tenant demanded it. The tenant ... read more
