There have been so many issues a glennwood apartments in burlington from sewage backing up in our tubs to roaches so bad when you open the door dead roaches smashed between the doors so now the front office telling me that corporate is adding the water bill to the ledger late so we new we were gonna be one day late so it’s supposed to be 5% of the rent so I go back and look they got 2 water bills on there 2 service fees and then added a 5% late charge witch is $66 witch it only supposed to be $35 but by them adding 2 water b... read more
They do not pay for services that are provided by vendors. They owe us approximately $30,000 and continue to delay payments. They state that they are waiting for funding for months and will not pay. Net 30 invoices have been sent over 4 months ago and they still have not sent remuneration. I will update this if things change. We are having to file liens just to get paid.
I live at one their properties located in Greensboro NC and I've been living at their property for 8 years and I've NEVER been LATE paying my rent until they hired a person that apparently was clueless as to how to run an apartment complex, when it was time to renew my lease she and I verbally discussed the dollar amount of my lease and she screwed it up and now she's gone and they have had 3 to 4 other folk to come and try to clean up her mess and now I get a past due balance which I've NEVER had mind you and when I discuss... read more
October 30th, 2025; WAITING FOR A REFUND! Was a good place to live for the cost. Was. New management company (Carlisle) is poorly run. I was charged a full month’s rent when I only lived there for 10 days (my wife and I moved to another complex.). These things happen. What should not happen is my having to pester and badger the officer staff for money I am owed. I have been by at least 10 times since mid August. And the phone number on their website seems to be incorrect. I am feeling lucky that I don’t live there anymore.
Update 10/29/25: Finally able to speak with someone and they tried everything they could to help us. We appreciate all your help Josh with our issue. We have been trying to get in touch with someone at this office. Voicemails have been left and Contact Us forms have ben filled out. No one will return our calls or emails. Don't stay anywhere with this company. Too much headache and NOOOO Customer service at all! You have been warned!
