Dave was the most responsive and caring real estate manager I have ever worked with. He was quick to get back to us on any issues, and any needed repairs were taken care of promptly and thoroughly.
Over the last 18 years, I have lived in seven different properties and working with Dave has been the best experience I’ve had in any of those properties. He is very responsive and helpful, ensuring that any questions or requests were immediately handled. I had a few problems in the property that were resolved very quickly. He is very professional, courteous, and kind. Characteristics that sadly are not that common anymore. I would recommend him and his services to anyone who is looking for them without hesitation!
Dave was an excellent landlord and was very fair. Whenever there was a maintenance issue he was able to get someone over within 2-3 days at most. He was always quick to respond and while my gf and I were moving out he was very fair and was able to work w us as our move out time kept changing. Overall we had a great year living in one of Dave’s properties, and we only left to help ourselves financially. We would recommend Dave to anyone looking for a new place to rent.
I rented a commercial property from Dave for about a year. Issues were resolved quickly and fairly. He was supportive and easy to work with. I moved to a larger location nearby because my business outgrew the space.
