I hired Dave as my property manager while I lived abroad for work. He made dealing with the house from afar such a breeze, and it brought me great peace of mind knowing he was in charge. He is professional, courteous, and he does an outstanding job for his clients. When I returned, the house was in great shape, and I knew again that I made the right choice in choosing Dave as my property manager.
Dave was a fantastic landlord. Super responsive, great communication, and addressed any issues right away. He made my year in Carlisle really easy/pleasant, which is not the experience I’ve always had with landlords. I’d highly recommend that anyone looking for a place in Carlisle (particularly War College folks) make Dave their first and only stop.
