Amazing support and easy communication from Dave and the maintenance crew. We had a house in Boiling Springs, PA, and it had its run of the mill small concerns that the management company was always very attentive to fix immediately! We would recommend them to anyone! They even did a virtual house tour, while we were in Italy, to ensure we had the possibility to find a house before we arrived. It made for a seamless move from overseas to PA.
We were tenants in a property managed by Dave. He was very professional and responsive whenever we needed his assistance. I also think he would be equally as good for a landlord since he is very organized and stays on top of things.
