Dave and his property management team were great to work with! Moving in and out of our rental was a smooth process and they were always accessible and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend renting from him or entrusting him to manage your rental!
Dave was a fantastic property manager. I hadn't rented before and he walked us through the process step by step, making everything very easy and comfortable. He consistantly went above and beyond to ensure our time in Carlisle was comfortable. Great, open communication, attention to detail and quickly resolved any issues with the house. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to live in the area.
Dave was a wonderful property manager to us as tenants. We have rented many homes and our experience with Dave is definitely one of our best. He was responsive to any issues we had and handled them quickly while also not being intrusive to us living in the home. Dave became more than our property manager, we consider him a friend!
