Dave was awesome. He is very responsive and knowledgeable about the whole process. He always got me great tenants. Biggest concern for all landlords is getting someone who ensures the safety of your property and he totally answered the call. Stop scrolling and call Dave.
I had a really good experience as a commercial tenant! Any building issues were addressed promptly which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them to anyone for rentals!
Dave was amazing with everything: Communication Calls/texts Paperwork Getting the job done Being polite and on top of things Recommend 10/10! Helped us move to a new state for a new job
Dave and his property management team were great to work with! Moving in and out of our rental was a smooth process and they were always accessible and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend renting from him or entrusting him to manage your rental!
Dave was a fantastic property manager. I hadn't rented before and he walked us through the process step by step, making everything very easy and comfortable. He consistantly went above and beyond to ensure our time in Carlisle was comfortable. Great, open communication, attention to detail and quickly resolved any issues with the house. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to live in the area.
