Carlisle on the Parc - great place if you don't have to interact with Abby Bentz – This is a great location and the apartments are really well maintained. The biggest issue is the management of this complex. Abigail (Abby) Bentz is a complete disaster, at least she's consistent and you always know what you'll get - A FROSTY ATTITUDE THAT COMMUNICATES YOU'RE INTERRUPTING HER.
