Dr. Ana was very complete with her explanation while performing the removal of the old crown, She explained everything step-by-step. The procedure went better than I had anticipated.
This was the best dental visit I have had in at least 10 years. I explained my sensitivity issues and my recent experiences with the dentist/general cleaning, and they were so kind, gentle and repeatedly asked if what they were doing was ok or "too much." I am so happy and will be very comfortable returning in 6 months with no anxiety!
