I was selling my house and Carlisle Home Inspection Services did the home inspection for the the buyer. The inspection stated there was a broken floor joist. The joist was only splintered at the end from a nail - a far cry from broken. It also stated there was decayed wood products on the sill plate. This turned out to be left over dirty insulation from before the entire crawl space was redone with new insulation and vapor barrier. Stay away. They inspected my home. During the inspection, I asked about the bow in the floor and he replied that the "carpet was buckling". Right after we bought, we found massive foundation issues to include doors that don't close (huge sign of foundation issues). Worst inspectors you can find. Seriously look somewhere else ( they sure did when looking at my home).
