I’ve been using this company for a few years now, and once again, the service was excellent. He arrived on time, was professional, respectful, and very informative. He explained everything clearly, and even commented on how well the system has been maintained. I appreciated that he made sure everything was working properly and answered my questions without rushing. It’s hard to find trustworthy service these days, but I feel confident every time. We found Brent thru Google after getting multiple quotes from other surrounding places for an A/C unit. UPDATE (02/2024): They replaced my aging system last year and installed a great and reliable RUUD unit, including a UV sanitizer, at a very reasonable cost. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company! (2022) Brent saved the day for us! I've definitely found the AC&R company that I will use from this point forward.
