Made appointment on Monday February 15 at 9 AM. Got there early at 8:30 figuring I would have to fill out paperwork since it was my first visit. Waited there until 945 and left three messages on the answering machine and no one showed up. Here it is Friday 18th and not even a phone call to reschedule. Customer service here is horrible! Do not recommend this place at all. Taking my business elsewhere!
1st time visiting Dr. Marrich, he was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. He was very thorough and showed concern. I can tell that he really cares for his patients. I would highly recommend him for treatment.
