I had a very disappointing experience at Carlisle Medical Centre. The staff treated me with little care or respect, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously at all. Instead of being listened to, I was rushed and spoken to in a dismissive way. A medical centre should be a safe place where patients feel supported, but unfortunately I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I will not be returning, and I hope they improve the way they treat patients in the future.
Terrible service! The surgery smells SO BAD I had to spray glen 20 for the stench. So unhygienic. And the doctor took someone else before me and spent another 10 minutes sitting in his office before calling me in. The ‘full’ skin check took only 30 seconds. Would absolutely NOT recommend coming here at all !!!!!!!!!

Poor treatment, I went to see doctor for my foot injury examination to get capacity certificate. Doctor said he doesn’t do that and when I tried to contact other medical centres they said we don’t accept new patients, you should ask for your old GP. Doctor knew that my foot is hurting and I cannot travel far. You know he referred me to see doctor that is far away ( 2 hours from my place ) by public transport rather than finding local doctors. I highly recommend this medical center excellent service. Dr Smith is the best a skin doctor also a GP. He cut the kiloid due to ear piercing behind my right ear. If I did go to a plastic surgeon or a cosmetic surgeon it would costs me thousands. Dr Smith did it under Medicare and I’m one happy customer I’m very happy with the results. Job well done
