The practice used to be a friendly and well ran. Over the past year the practice has degraded dramatically. One example is that we were requesting a refill for my wife's cholesterol medicine in June. She spoke with the office manager and she said that it would be taken care of that day. What she forgot to mention was that the practice had no physician on staff at the time. Used to be a awesome place... told to go to urgent care when I was sick as there are no DRs there anymore.
New owner refused to give me the referral I needed so my insurance can cover an urgent care visit. I suspect a scam.. Contacted the attorney general's office.
