Professional.. trusted, welcoming and reassuring! Dr Ngo and his assistant Shiane ( sp?) are a fantastic team. I was a little nervous about getting a basal cell spot removed. They made me feel completely at home and in good hands. I also trust the thoroughness of their exam, and their assessment of any concerns they might find. Highly recommend them!
