Lacy is a phenomenal therapist! Her presence is warm and inviting and she goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable during your session. She is very thoughtful in her feedback and her techniques have helped me tremendously. I am thankful for my time with Lacy and highly recommend her!
I came here specifically because they were listed as in-network with my insurance and booked an appointment in advance. When I arrived (after driving 45 minutes), no one greeted me or even acknowledged I was there — there’s no front office or receptionist. I really appreciate Esme's calm approach in working with us. Her positive guidance and focus on connection has been a much needed reminder every time we come in to see her.
Working with Kathryn has been a positive experience for me. It is my first time in therapy and I was really nervous about starting. While I like to joke that I am paying for therapy to talk shit about other people and not myself, I am glad to be working with someone to guide me through working on my own shit. I would highly recommend Kathryn to anyone. If you're on the fence or nervous about starting, just do it!
