Working with this company has been an absolute joke. We spent nearly $9,000 on our window inserts and if you attempt to clean them, the D-rings used to break the seal rip out of the frame. They are poorly manufactured and only use a lightweight adhesive that clearly does not meet the needs of the job. Carlisle classic homes finished our 2nd story addition is Seattle earlier this year. Our house is an old craftsman with some interesting details such as coved ceilings, plaster walls, arched entrances, etc and we wanted to persevere what we could. we had Carlisle Classic Homes build our house. WE built it right in the middle of the pandemic. Colin and Alex and all the guys were exceptional. I really cant say enough about them! They turned what could have been a nightmare into a pretty easy ride!! if they had 10 stars I would give them 10 10!!!
If you would like to be robbed and given horrendous results hire Carlisle Classic Homes. One of my major life regrets is hiring them. It was a nightmare from the start. We had to fight with them with every part of the remodel of our home. Here are some examples: We had to argue about tiles that did not match. The foreman said they did match when they clearly did not. We had to argue about having a permit for enlarging our house. I heard them mocking us for requesting it.
