Our salesman, Kamari, was excellent. He knew every detail on the truck we were looking at. He was a pleasure to work with.
We dropped our vehicle off on a Monday. We had to call several times for updates only to be sent to voicemail with no return calls. We had to go up to the Dealership to talk to someone. 10 days later had to go get our car and take someplace else for service. Terrible communication and service!
Would like for them to rotate tires when you get an oil change. This was done by last company
Great buying experience! Travis was very helpful throughout the purchase of my new truck. Shortly after, I had an issue with the backup camera, and the service team took care of it right away. They even provided a loaner vehicle while my truck was being repaired. That's A-1 customer service. I highly recommend Travis and this dealership!
