I recently purchased a 2024 Trail Boss from Legacy Chevy in Waxahachie in May 2025, and I regret my decision. Right after the purchase, I started experiencing issues with the vehicle unexpectedly turning off while driving, which is a serious safety concern. When I took it in for service, the staff was rude and unhelpful, telling me that nothing was wrong. Dylan in the service advisory department was very polite, educated, and patient. I had a terrible experience at the dealership I bought from and decided to take a chance and come here for my services. I don’t regret making the change. I didn’t caught the name of the guy that helped me in the parts department, but he also was very educated and willing to help me however he could. Hoping they keep these standards for years to come.
