My 2025 Silverado has been at Legacy Chevrolet in Waxahachie Texas for 3 weeks. I called to check on my truck expecting it should be completed or near completion. The service advisor notified me they would start to work on it next week. After waiting 3 weeks they had not even started. I can’t give a complete review at this point because they have not even started on the repair.
Horrible. Tried to get a quote for a transmission flush. Transferred to a dead line twice. Kept my appointment anyway (my bad). Took it in at 10:30am. "Should be done in 3-4 hours". Called at 4:30pm to find out that it hadn't been started yet as they had a truck stuck on the lift. Asked to keep it overnight and it would be done no later than Noon. Started calling at 12:20 and sent to voice mail 3 times in a row. Writing this review as I wait on hold. They did reduce the price down to 338.00 for the delay yesterday but it sti... read more
