Dispatcher works with me and answers all my questions or concerns sensibly and in a timely fashion. They keep u moving and get you home+. HEAD OF THEIR SHOP NEEDS TO BE TAUGHT PROPER COMMUNICATION, PROFESSIONALISM, MANNERISM AND AN OVERALL MAJOR ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT. VERY NASTY PERSON. I WAS READY TO QUIT AFTER A RUN IN WITH HIM.
