Drove 40 miles last night to order a special cake only to get there 15 minutes after they closed. The website says they are open till 8 so I called to see if someone was still there. They were and actually opened to let me order my cake!!!!!! Great customer service!!!!! Can not wait to see my Seussical cake!!!!

Super annoyed with this place! I ordered a cake almost 2 weeks ago and get a call today, 2 days before I need the cake, telling me they aren't open on Mondays. Well I didn't know that and I'm not sure why it took you that long to call and tell me. I'll take my business elsewhere.
Carlisle Bakery did an amazing job on my daughters birthday cake
With Russ Dingeldein baking...you can't go wrong. This man is a far better pastry chef than any of those people who have syndicated shows. Russ is a Pastry God and New Cumberland misses him!
